Update your information
you can update your personal information and bank details in my info other information, such as your work details, pay details, payment records, insurance records, and leave balance, cannot be changed if the information is missing or inaccurate, contact your reporting manager or hr representatives to amend it for you update personal information your personal information includes details like your name, nationality, address, id, passport information, and emergency contacts to edit your personal information go to my info > personal under personal details, passport, emergency, or other details, select edit info marco platform's my info page personal tab, with edit info highlighted the edit screen appears update the relevant fields select save changes update bank details you can add bank accounts, edit bank account details, set a default bank account, and delete bank accounts in my info your bank details will be used to pay your salary add bank accounts to add a new bank account go to my info > bank select add new the add new bank info screen appears select the bank country and payment method (local or swift) this information cannot be changed later select create bank account enter the beneficiary details, address details, and bank details select save changes your bank account has been added, and you can select the bank account to view its details edit bank account details you can edit the beneficiary details, address details, and bank details if they are incorrect the bank country and payment method cannot be changed to edit your bank account details go to my info > bank under the bank account, select ⋮ (three dot icon) > edit marco platform's my info page bank tab, with edit highlighted the edit bank info screen appears update the relevant fields select save changes set default bank account the default bank account tag informs your hr representative which bank account to use when paying your salary in general, you can set only one default bank account if you are an expat, you can set default bank accounts for both your home and host countries the default bank accounts for your home and host countries can be the same account or different ones to set a default bank account go to my info > bank under the bank account, select ⋮ (three dot icon) > set as default marco platform's my info page bank tab, with set as default highlighted the bank account has been set as default go to my info > bank under the bank account, select ⋮ (three dot icon) > set as default > home country or host country the bank account has been set as default delete bank accounts if you delete a bank account, the action cannot be reversed all deleted accounts can be viewed in deleted items to delete a bank account go to my info > bank under the bank account, select ⋮ (three dot icon) > delete marco platform's my info page bank tab, with delete highlighted
