Mobility

Visa applications



In Marco, you can keep a record of visa applications for your staff's work assignments or relocations.



View visa cases

You can view the staff's visa cases in the following tabs:

  • People > Mobility—view a single staff's visa cases.
  • Global Mobility—view all your assigned staff's visa cases.


Add visa cases

To add a visa case:

Add in People
Add in Global Mobility
  1. Go to People.
  2. Select a staff > Mobility.
  3. Under Visa Details, select Add New Case.
    The Add New Visa Case screen appears.
  4. Enter the following details for the visa case:
    • Leaving Country
    • Arriving Country
    • Visa Name
    • Application Status
    • (Optional) Expiry Date—for the staff's current visa
    • Request Date—for the visa application
  5. In Notes, enter any details about the visa case.
  6. Upload any application or approval documents related to the visa case.
  7. Select Save Changes.


Edit visa details

To edit a visa case details:

Edit in People
Edit in Global Mobility
  1. Go to People.
  2. Select a staff.
  3. Go to Mobility.
  4. Under Visa Details, select a visa case.
  5. Select Edit Info.
  6. Update the relevant fields.
  7. Select Save Changes.


Delete visa cases

To delete a visa case:

Delete in People
Delete in Global Mobility
  1. Go to People.
  2. Select a staff > Mobility.
  3. Under Visa Details, select a visa case.
  4. Select Remove Visa Record.
