Vendor agreements
In Agreement, you can keep track of the company's agreements with HR vendors, such as:
- Service orders
- Service agreements or contracts
Before you begin:
Prepare the following details for the agreement:
- Contract ID—a reference number (for example, 0001 or 20231231)
- Title—the contract title (for example, Service Agreement)
- Effective Date
- Expiry Date
- Buying Entity—the company's business entity that will be buying the service.
- Selling Vendor—the HR vendor that will be providing the service.
- Selling Entity—the HR vendor's business entity.
To add an agreement:
- Go to Agreement.
Select New Agreement.
The Add New Agreement screen appears.- Select the agreement status (Proposed, Signed, Expired).
- Enter the agreement details.
- Upload the relevant agreement documents.
- Select Save Changes.
To edit an agreement:
- Go to Agreement.
Under an agreement, select ⋮ (three-dot icon) > Edit.
The Edit Agreement screen appears.- Update the relevant fields.
- Select Save Changes.
If you delete an agreement, the action cannot be reversed. All deleted agreements can be viewed in Deleted Items.
To delete an agreement:
- Go to Agreement.
Under an agreement, select ⋮ (three-dot icon) > Remove.
