Update staff's personal information



Typically, personal information is updated by the staff. However, managers can also update the staff's personal information, such as the staff's name, nationality, address, ID, passport information, and emergency contacts.

The types of personal information you can edit depends on your access privilege.

To edit the staff's personal information:

  1. Go to People.
  2. Select a staff > Personal.
  3. Under Personal Details, Passport, Emergency, or Other Details, select Edit Info.

    The Edit screen appears.

  4. Update the relevant fields.
  5. Select Save Changes.
