Configure company-specific data

who can use this feature \ admin managers apart from the default marco data fields, companies can collect additional information from their staff by creating customizable company wide data types, known as a company data type add company data types add custom company data types to collect additional staff information to add a company data type go to admin settings > company data type marco platform's admin settings page company data type tab select add new marco platform's admin settings page company data type tab, with add new highlighted the add company data type screen appears enter the data type name, input type (text, date, doc), and display order select whether to display the data field in the personal tab or work tab in notes, enter any additional information about the data type (optional) select add more language to add translations for the data type select save changes edit company data types you can edit a company data type for the following reasons to change the input type to change the display order to edit the notes for the data type to add translations for the data type to edit a company data type go to admin settings > company data type marco platform's admin settings page company data type tab under a company data type, select edit marco platform's admin settings page company data type tab, with edit highlighted the edit company data type screen appears update the relevant fields select save changes delete company data types you can delete a company data type if it is no longer needed if you delete a company data type, the action cannot be reversed all deleted data types can be viewed in deleted items to delete a company data type go to admin settings > company data type marco platform's admin settings page company data type tab under a company data type, select the delete icon marco platform's admin settings page company data type tab, with delete highlighted
