Marco Platform provides a standard, country-specific set of data fields for every user. However, companies can choose to collect less or more data.

Company-specific data refers to additional staff information collected by your company, such as the staff's ID number or work department.

These data fields are customizable by the company's Marco administrators, and will appear in the staff's information page:

- Other Details in the Personal tab
- Company Specific Data in the Work tab

The staff can fill in these data fields as required by their company.
