In Agreement, you can keep track of the company's agreements with HR vendors, such as:

- Service orders
- Service agreements or contracts

# Add agreements

**Before you begin:**

Prepare the following details for the agreement:

- Contract ID—a reference number (for example, 0001 or 20231231)
- Title—the contract title (for example, Service Agreement)
- Effective Date
- Expiry Date
- Buying Entity—the company's business entity that will be buying the service.
- Selling Vendor—the HR vendor that will be providing the service.
- Selling Entity—the HR vendor's business entity.

**To add an agreement:**

1. Go to **Agreement**.
2. Select **New Agreement**.

   The Add New Agreement screen appears.
3. Select the agreement status (Proposed, Signed, Expired).
4. Enter the agreement details.
5. Upload the relevant agreement documents.
6. Select **Save Changes**.

# Edit agreements

**To edit an agreement:**

1. Go to **Agreement**.
2. Under an agreement, select **⋮** (three-dot icon) > **Edit**.

   The Edit Agreement screen appears.
3. Update the relevant fields.
4. Select **Save Changes**.

# Delete agreements

If you delete an agreement, the action cannot be reversed. All deleted agreements can be viewed in Deleted Items.

**To delete an agreement:**

1. Go to **Agreement**.
2. Under an agreement, select **⋮** (three-dot icon) > **Remove**.
