Company bank accounts
You can keep track of the company's bank accounts worldwide in Marco, to help with managing hiring, payments, and company costs.
Note: In future versions, you can bill invoices and make payments using Marco Platform.
To add a company bank account:
Go to Admin Settings > Bank Account.
Select Add New.
The Add New Bank Info screen appears.- Select the Bank Country and Payment Method (Local or SWIFT).
- Select the business entity linked with the bank account.
- Select Create Bank Account.
- Enter the beneficiary details, address details, and bank details.
- Select Save Changes. The bank account has been added, and you can select the bank account to view its details.
You can edit the beneficiary details, address details, and bank details. The bank country, payment method, and associated business entity cannot be edited.
To edit a company bank account:
Go to Admin Settings > Bank Account.
Under a bank account, select Edit.
The Edit Bank Info screen appears.- Update the relevant fields.
- Select Save Changes.
If you delete a bank account, the action cannot be reversed. All deleted accounts can be viewed in Deleted Items.
To delete a company bank account:
Go to Admin Settings > Bank Account.
Under a bank account, select the Delete icon.
